NASWUG-RSA May 2013 Meeting Announcement

The North Alabama SolidWorks Users Group (NASWUG) is proud to announce our May 2013 NASWUG-RSA meeting. The meeting will be held Thursday May 16, 2013 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at the Redstone Bowling Lanes on the grounds of the Redstone Arsenal. NASWUG March 2013 Meeting Announcement

The North Alabama SolidWorks Users Group (NASWUG) is proud to announce our March 2013 NASWUG meeting. The meeting will be held Thursday March 7, 2013 from 5:00pm to 7:30pm at the Dynetics Corporate Headquarters Building.

Note: This is the location we have had many meetings at in the past. The Dynetics Solutions Complex (our new normal meeting place) was already booked.

November 2010 NASWUG-RSA Meeting Announcement

The North Alabama SolidWorks Users Group (NASWUG) would like to announce our November 2010 NASWUG-RSA meeting. Join is for TWO SolidWorks World 2011 Presentations! Rustin Webster will be presenting “IAW ASME Y14.5M – Use Only if You Know It” and Jeremy Clark will be presenting “SolidWorks Mates: Tips, Tricks, and Common Sense” Both gentlemen will be giving these presentations at SolidWorks World 2011 in January and have agreed to give us all a sneak peek.

April 2009 Meeting Announcement!

The North Alabama SolidWorks Users Group (NASWUG) is proud to announce our April 2009 meeting! The meeting will be held on Tuesday April 14, 2009 from 5:00pm to 7:30pm at the Dynetics Corporate Headquarters Building.

Come join us for a two GREAT presentations that you DON’T want to miss! Brian McElyea will be on hand to give a presentation on SolidWorks Workgroup PDM. If you haven’t yet experienced the advantages of using PDM software, this is a must see. There will also be a Q&A session for current PDM users who may have questions.

NASWUG-RSA President Gary Hall will also be on hand to give a presentation on the advantages of using the DimXpert functionality inside of SolidWorks. This is one of the most underutilized features in SolidWorks. Gary gave this presentation earlier this year at the NASWUG-RSA meeting and it was an instant hit! Gary has updated the presentation to include enhancements to this functionality in SolidWorks 2009.

Dinner will be provided along with LOTS of Door Prizes to be given away at the end of the meeting.

NASWUG-RSA June 2008 Meeting Announcement

The North Alabama SolidWorks Users Group (NASWUG) would like to announce our June 2008 NASWUG-RSA meeting.  The meeting will be held on Tuesday June 24, 2008 from 11:00am to 1:00pm on the grounds of the Redstone Arsenal.  The meeting will be held at the Prototype Integration Facility (PIF) located just behind Building 5400 off Martin Road.

CLARIFICATION: If you signed up for the meeting on Friday, the confirmation e-mail incorrectly states that the meeting is at the SELA auditorium.  This has been corrected, but just to reiterate, the meeting is at the PIF.

NASWUG-RSA President Gary Hall will give a presentation on SolidWorks Templates.  The presentation will focus on the features and options found in Part, Assembly, and Drawing templates.

The meeting is open to all SolidWorks users who have their own pass to get on the grounds of the Arsenal.

Lunch and door prizes will be provided.
